Hadith 7542 — Livre 97: Oneness, Uniqueness of Allah (Tawheed)
كتاب التوحيد
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Les gens du Livre lisaient la Torah en hébreu et l’expliquaient aux musulmans en arabe. Alors le Messager d’Allah (ﷺ) a dit : « Ne croyez pas les gens du Livre, et ne les rejetez pas non plus, mais dites : ‘Nous croyons en Allah et à ce qui a été révélé.’ »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ كَانَ أَهْلُ الْكِتَابِ يَقْرَءُونَ التَّوْرَاةَ بِالْعِبْرَانِيَّةِ، وَيُفَسِّرُونَهَا بِالْعَرَبِيَّةِ لأَهْلِ الإِسْلاَمِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تُصَدِّقُوا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ، وَلاَ تُكَذِّبُوهُمْ وَ{قُولُوا آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَمَا أُنْزِلَ} الآيَةَ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The people of the Scripture used to read the Torah in Hebrew and explain it to the Muslims in Arabic. Then Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Do not believe the people of the Scripture, and do not disbelieve them, but say, 'We believe in Allah and whatever has been revealed
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے محمد بن بشار نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے عثمان بن عمر نے بیان کیا، انہیں علی بن مبارک نے خبر دی، انہیں یحییٰ بن ابی کثیر نے، انہیں ابوسلمہ نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ اہل کتاب توریت کو عبرانی میں پڑھتے اور مسلمانوں کے لیے اس کی تفسیر عربی میں کرتے تھے۔ اس پر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم نہ اہل کتاب کی تصدیق کرو اور نہ اس کی تکذیب، بلکہ کہو کہ ہم اللہ اور اس کی تمام نازل کی ہوئی کتابوں پر ایمان لائے۔ الآیہ۔
