Hadith 6540 — Livre 81: To make the Heart Tender (Ar-Riqaq)

Rapporté par `Adi bin Hatim : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Protégez-vous du Feu. » Il détourna alors son visage (comme s’il le regardait) et répéta : « Protégez-vous du Feu. » Il détourna encore son visage (comme s’il le regardait), et il le dit une troisième fois, jusqu’à ce que nous pensions qu’il le voyait vraiment. Puis il ajouta : « Protégez-vous du Feu, même avec la moitié d’une datte, et celui qui n’a même pas cela, (qu’il le fasse) en disant une bonne parole. »

قَالَ الأَعْمَشُ حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرٌو، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " اتَّقُوا النَّارَ ". ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ وَأَشَاحَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ " اتَّقُوا النَّارَ ". ثُمَّ أَعْرَضَ وَأَشَاحَ ثَلاَثًا، حَتَّى ظَنَنَّا أَنَّهُ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا، ثُمَّ قَالَ " اتَّقُوا النَّارَ وَلَوْ بِشِقِّ تَمْرَةٍ، فَمَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَبِكَلِمَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Adi bin Hatim:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Protect yourself from the Fire." He then turned his face aside (as if he were looking at it) and said again, "Protect yourself from the Fire," and then turned his face aside (as if he were looking at it), and he said so for the third time till we thought he was looking at it. He then said, "Protect yourselves from the Fire, even if with one half of a date and he who hasn't got even this, (should do so) by (saying) a good, pleasant word
Traduction en ourdou
عدی بن حاتم رضی اللہ عنہ سے ایک اور روایت ہے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ جہنم سے بچو، پھر آپ نے چہرہ پھیر لیا، پھر فرمایا کہ جہنم سے بچو اور پھر اس کے بعد چہرہ مبارک پھیر لیا، پھر فرمایا جہنم سے بچو۔ تین مرتبہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایسا ہی کیا۔ ہم نے اس سے یہ خیال کیا کہ آپ جہنم دیکھ رہے ہیں۔ پھر فرمایا کہ جہنم سے بچو خواہ کھجور کے ایک ٹکڑے ہی کے ذریعہ ہو سکے اور جسے یہ بھی نہ ملے تو اسے ( لوگوں میں ) کسی اچھی بات کہنے کے ذریعہ سے ہی ( جہنم سے ) بچنے کی کوشش کرنی چاہئے۔
