كتاب تفسير النبي ﷺ
Rapporté par `Abdullah : La lune s’est fendue alors que nous étions avec le Prophète, et elle est devenue deux parties. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Soyez témoins, soyez témoins (de ce miracle). »

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيٌّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ انْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ وَنَحْنُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَصَارَ فِرْقَتَيْنِ، فَقَالَ لَنَا " اشْهَدُوا، اشْهَدُوا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated `Abdullah:The moon was cleft asunder while we were in the company of the Prophet, and it became two parts. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, Witness, witness (this miracle)

ہم سے علی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو ابن ابی نجیح نے خبر دی، انہیں مجاہد نے، انہیں ابومعمر نے اور ان سے عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ چاند پھٹ گیا تھا اور اس وقت ہم بھی نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھے۔ چنانچہ اس کے دو ٹکڑے ہو گئے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ہم سے فرمایا کہ لوگو گواہ رہنا، گواہ رہنا۔
