Hadith 2609 — Livre 51: Gifts
كتاب الهبة
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) avait pris un chameau d’un certain âge à crédit auprès de quelqu’un. Son propriétaire est venu le réclamer avec insistance. Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Il est certain que celui qui a un droit peut le réclamer. » Puis le Prophète (ﷺ) lui a donné un chameau plus âgé que celui qu’il devait et a dit : « Le meilleur d’entre vous est celui qui rembourse ses dettes de la plus belle manière. »

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ أَخَذَ سِنًّا فَجَاءَ صَاحِبُهُ يَتَقَاضَاهُ فَقَالَ " إِنَّ لِصَاحِبِ الْحَقِّ مَقَالاً ". ثُمَّ قَضَاهُ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ سِنِّهِ وَقَالَ " أَفْضَلُكُمْ أَحْسَنُكُمْ قَضَاءً ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) took a camel of special age from somebody on credit. Its owner came and demanded it back (harshly). The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "No doubt, he who has a right, can demand it." Then the Prophet (ﷺ) gave him an older camel than his camel and said, "The best amongst you is he who repays his debts in the most handsome way

ہم سے ابن مقاتل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ نے خبر دی شعبہ سے، انہیں ابوسلمہ بن کہیل نے، انہیں ابوسلمہ نے اور انہیں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک اونٹ بطور قرض لیا، قرض خواہ تقاضا کرنے آیا ( اور نازیبا گفتگو کی ) تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”حق والے کو کہنے کا حق ہوتا ہے۔“ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے اچھی عمر کا اونٹ اسے دلا دیا اور فرمایا ”تم میں افضل وہ ہے جو ادا کرنے میں سب سے بہتر ہو۔“
