كتاب القرض والديون
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Je suis plus proche des croyants qu’eux-mêmes dans ce monde et dans l’au-delà. Si vous voulez, vous pouvez lire la parole d’Allah : “Le Prophète (ﷺ) est plus proche des croyants qu’eux-mêmes.” (33.6) Donc, si un vrai croyant meurt et laisse des biens, ils iront à ses héritiers du côté paternel. S’il laisse des dettes ou des enfants dans le besoin, alors ils doivent venir à moi, car je suis le protecteur du défunt. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ، عَنْ هِلاَلِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَا مِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ إِلاَّ وَأَنَا أَوْلَى بِهِ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ اقْرَءُوا إِنْ شِئْتُمْ {النَّبِيُّ أَوْلَى بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ مِنْ أَنْفُسِهِمْ} فَأَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ مَالاً فَلْيَرِثْهُ عَصَبَتُهُ مَنْ كَانُوا، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ دَيْنًا أَوْ ضَيَاعًا فَلْيَأْتِنِي فَأَنَا مَوْلاَهُ ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "I am closer to the believers than their selves in this world and in the Hereafter, and if you like, you can read Allah's Statement: "The Prophet (ﷺ) is closer to the believers than their own selves." (33.6) So, if a true believer dies and leaves behind some property, it will be for his inheritors (from the father's side), and if he leaves behind some debt to be paid or needy offspring, then they should come to me as I am the guardian of the deceased
Traduction en ourdou
ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے ابوعامر نے بیان کیا، ان سے فلیح نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہلال بن علی نے، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی عمرہ نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، ہر مومن کا میں دنیا و آخرت میں سب سے زیادہ قریب ہوں۔ اگر تم چاہو تو یہ آیت پڑھ لو «النبي أولى بالمؤمنين من أنفسهم» ”نبی ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) مومنوں سے ان کی جان سے بھی زیادہ قریب ہیں۔“ اس لیے جو مومن بھی انتقال کر جائے اور مال چھوڑ جائے تو چاہئے کہ ورثاء اس کے مالک ہوں۔ وہ جو بھی ہوں اور جو شخص قرض چھوڑ جائے یا اولاد چھوڑ جائے تو وہ میرے پاس آ جائیں کہ ان کا ولی میں ہوں۔
