كتاب القرض والديون
Rapporté par Abu Huraira : Le Prophète (ﷺ) a dit : « Si quelqu’un laisse des biens, ils iront à ses héritiers. S’il laisse des enfants faibles, c’est à nous de les prendre en charge. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ تَرَكَ مَالاً فَلِوَرَثَتِهِ، وَمَنْ تَرَكَ كَلاًّ فَإِلَيْنَا ".
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If someone leaves some property, it will be for the inheritors, and if he leaves some weak offspring, it will be for us to support them

ہم سے ابوالولید نے بیان کیا، ان سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عدی بن ثابت نے، ان سے ابوحازم نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو شخص ( اپنے انتقال کے وقت ) مال چھوڑے تو وہ اس کے وارثوں کا ہے اور جو قرض چھوڑے تو وہ ہمارے ذمہ ہے۔
