كتاب الزكاة
Rapporté par Suwaid ibn Ghaflah : Le collecteur du Prophète ﷺ est venu chez nous. Je lui ai pris la main et j’ai lu dans le document que les biens ne devaient ni être regroupés ni séparés pour éviter la zakat. Il n’est pas question d’animaux laitiers dans ce récit

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّازُ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي زُرْعَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى الْكِنْدِيِّ، عَنْ سُوَيْدِ بْنِ غَفَلَةَ، قَالَ أَتَانَا مُصَدِّقُ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَأَخَذْتُ بِيَدِهِ وَقَرَأْتُ فِي عَهْدِهِ " لاَ يُجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مُفْتَرِقٍ وَلاَ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَ مُجْتَمِعٍ خَشْيَةَ الصَّدَقَةِ " . وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ " رَاضِعَ لَبَنٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Suwaid bin Ghaflah reported The collector of the Prophet (ﷺ) came to us. I caught hold of his hand and read in the document that the goods were not to be combined nor were they to be separated for fear of zakat. There is no mention of milch animals in this tradition

سوید بن غفلہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پاس نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کا محصل آیا، میں نے اس کا ہاتھ پکڑا اور اس کی کتاب میں پڑھا: زکاۃ کے خوف سے جدا مال اکٹھا نہ کیا جائے اور نہ ہی اکٹھا مال جدا کیا جائے ، اس روایت میں دودھ والے جانور کا ذکر نہیں ہے۔
