كتاب الزكاة
Bahz ibn Hakim rapporte d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Pour quarante chameaux de pâturage, on donne une chamelle de trois ans. Les chameaux ne doivent pas être séparés pour le calcul. Celui qui paie la zakat avec l’intention d’obtenir une récompense sera récompensé. Celui qui refuse la zakat, nous prendrons la moitié de ses biens comme un droit parmi les droits de notre Seigneur, le Très-Haut. Les descendants de Muhammad ﷺ n’ont aucune part dans cette zakat. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا بَهْزُ بْنُ حَكِيمٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بَهْزِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " فِي كُلِّ سَائِمَةِ إِبِلٍ فِي أَرْبَعِينَ بِنْتُ لَبُونٍ وَلاَ يُفَرَّقُ إِبِلٌ عَنْ حِسَابِهَا مَنْ أَعْطَاهَا مُؤْتَجِرًا " . قَالَ ابْنُ الْعَلاَءِ " مُؤْتَجِرًا بِهَا " . " فَلَهُ أَجْرُهَا وَمَنْ مَنَعَهَا فَإِنَّا آخِذُوهَا وَشَطْرَ مَالِهِ عَزْمَةً مِنْ عَزَمَاتِ رَبِّنَا عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَيْسَ لآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ مِنْهَا شَىْءٌ " .
Traduction anglaise
Bahz b Hakim reported from his grandfather:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: For forty pasturing camels, one she-camel in her third year is to be given. The camels are not to be separated from reckoning. He who pays zakat with the intention of getting reward will be rewarded. If anyone evades zakat, we shall take half the property from him as a due from the dues of our Lord, the Exalted. There is no share in it (zakat) of the descendants of Muhammad (ﷺ)
Traduction en ourdou
معاویہ بن حیدہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: چرنے والے اونٹوں میں چالیس ( ۴۰ ) میں ایک ( ۱ ) بنت لبون ہے، ( زکاۃ بچانے کے خیال سے ) اونٹ اپنی جگہ سے اِدھر اُدھر نہ کئے جائیں، جو شخص ثواب کی نیت سے زکاۃ دے گا اسے اس کا اجر ملے گا، اور جو اسے روکے گا ہم اس سے اسے وصول کر لیں گے، اور ( زکاۃ روکنے کی سزا میں ) اس کا آدھا مال لے لیں گے، یہ ہمارے رب عزوجل کے تاکیدی حکموں میں سے ایک تاکیدی حکم ہے، آل محمد کا اس میں کوئی حصہ نہیں ۱؎۔
