Rapporté par Aishah (la mère des croyants) رضي الله عنها : Le Prophète ﷺ invoquait en ces termes : « Ô Allah ! Je cherche refuge auprès de Toi contre les épreuves du Feu, contre le châtiment du Feu, et contre les maux de la richesse et de la pauvreté. »

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُوسَى الرَّازِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، رضى الله عنها أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يَدْعُو بِهَؤُلاَءِ الْكَلِمَاتِ " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ فِتْنَةِ النَّارِ وَعَذَابِ النَّارِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ الْغِنَى وَالْفَقْرِ " .
Traduction anglaise
Aishah narrated that the Prophet (ﷺ) would supplicate with the following words:"O Allah! I seek refuge in You from the trials of the Fire, and the punishment of the Fire, and from the evils of richness and poverty

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کلمات کے ساتھ دعا مانگتے: «اللهم إني أعوذ بك من فتنة النار، وعذاب النار، ومن شر الغنى، والفقر» اے اللہ! میں جہنم کے فتنے جہنم کے عذاب اور دولت مندی و فقر کے شر سے تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں ۔
