Abu al-Zubair a dit : « ‘Abd Allah b. al-Zubair récitait cette invocation après chaque prière prescrite. Il a ensuite rapporté une invocation similaire et y a ajouté : “Il n’y a de force ni de puissance qu’en Allah ; il n’y a de dieu qu’Allah, Lui seul que nous adorons. À Lui appartient la richesse.” » Le narrateur a ensuite transmis le reste du récit

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الأَنْبَارِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ يُهَلِّلُ فِي دُبُرِ كُلِّ صَلاَةٍ فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ هَذَا الدُّعَاءِ زَادَ فِيهِ " وَلاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ لاَ نَعْبُدُ إِلاَّ إِيَّاهُ لَهُ النِّعْمَةُ " . وَسَاقَ بَقِيَّةَ الْحَدِيثِ .
Traduction anglaise
Abu al-Zubair said:'Abd Allah b. al-Zubair used to recite this supplication after each (prescribed) prayer. He then narrated a similar supplication and added to it: "There is no might and no power except in Allah; there is no god but Allah Whom alone we worship. To Him belongs wealth." The narrator then transmitted the rest of tradition
Traduction en ourdou
ابوالزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ عبداللہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہما ہر نماز کے بعد «لا إله إلا الله ***» کہا کرتے تھے پھر انہوں نے اس جیسی دعا کا ذکر کیا، البتہ اس میں اتنا اضافہ کیا: «ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله لا إله إلا الله لا نعبد إلا إياه له النعمة ***» اور پھر آگے بقیہ حدیث بیان کی۔
