Rapporté par Aishah رضي الله عنها : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Choisissez des actions que vous pouvez accomplir, car Allah ne se lasse pas tant que vous ne vous lassez pas. Les actes les plus aimés d’Allah sont ceux qui sont faits régulièrement, même s’ils sont peu nombreux. Quand il commençait une action, il la faisait de façon continue. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلاَنَ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، - رضى الله عنها - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ : " اكْلَفُوا مِنَ الْعَمَلِ مَا تُطِيقُونَ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ لاَ يَمَلُّ حَتَّى تَمَلُّوا، وَإِنَّ أَحَبَّ الْعَمَلِ إِلَى اللَّهِ أَدْوَمُهُ وَإِنْ قَلَّ " . وَكَانَ إِذَا عَمِلَ عَمَلاً أَثْبَتَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Aishah:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: Choose such actions as you are capable of performing, for Allah does not grow weary till you do. The acts most pleasing to Allah are those which are done most continuously, even if they amount to little. Whenever he began an action, he would do it continuously
Traduction en ourdou
ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عمل کرتے رہو جتنا تم سے ہو سکے، اس لیے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ( ثواب دینے سے ) نہیں تھکتا یہاں تک کہ تم ( عمل کرنے سے ) تھک جاؤ، اللہ تعالیٰ کے نزدیک سب سے پسندیدہ عمل وہ ہے جو پابندی کے ساتھ کیا جائے اگرچہ وہ کم ہو ، چنانچہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب کوئی کام شروع کرتے تو اس پر جمے رہتے۔
