Hadith 4645 — Livre 42: Model Behavior of the Prophet (Kitab Al-Sunnah)

Rapporté par Sulaiman al-A’mash : J’ai accompli la prière du vendredi avec al-Hajjaj et il a prononcé un discours. Il a ensuite transmis la tradition d’Abu Bakr b. ‘Ayyash. Il y a dit : « Écoutez et obéissez au calife d’Allah et à son élu ‘Abd al-Malik bin Marwan. » Il a ensuite transmis le reste de la tradition, et a dit : « Si je prends Rabi’ah pour Mudar. » Mais il n’a pas mentionné l’histoire des clients (c’est-à-dire des non-Arabes)

حَدَّثَنَا قَطَنُ بْنُ نُسَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُلَيْمَانَ، ح حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الأَعْمَشِ، قَالَ جَمَّعْتُ مَعَ الْحَجَّاجِ فَخَطَبَ فَذَكَرَ حَدِيثَ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ قَالَ فِيهَا فَاسْمَعُوا وَأَطِيعُوا لِخَلِيفَةِ اللَّهِ وَصَفِيِّهِ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ . وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ وَلَوْ أَخَذْتُ رَبِيعَةَ بِمُضَرَ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ قِصَّةَ الْحَمْرَاءِ .
Traduction anglaise
Sulaiman al-A’mash said:I prayed the Friday prayer with al-Hajjaj and he addressed. He then transmitted the tradition of Abu Bakr b. ‘Ayyash. He said in it: Hear and obey the caliph of Allah and his select ‘Abd al-Malik bin Marwan. He then transmitted the rest of the tradition, and said: If I seized Rabi’ah for Mudar. But he did not mention the story of the clients (i.e. non Arabs)

سلیمان الاعمش کہتے ہیں میں نے حجاج کے ساتھ جمعہ کی نماز پڑھی، اس نے خطبہ دیا، پھر راوی ابوبکر بن عیاش والی روایت ( ۴۶۴۳ ) ذکر کی، اس میں ہے کہ اس نے کہا: سنو اور اللہ کے خلیفہ اور اس کے منتخب عبدالملک بن مروان کی اطاعت کرو، اس کے بعد آگے کی حدیث بیان کی اور کہا: اگر میں مضر کے جرم میں ربیعہ کو پکڑوں ( تو یہ غلط نہ ہو گا ) اور عجمیوں والی بات کا ذکر نہیں کیا۔
