Rapporté par ‘Amir b. Sa’id d’après son père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Le musulman qui nuit le plus aux autres musulmans est celui qui pose des questions sur quelque chose qui n’était pas interdit, et qui devient interdit à cause de sa question. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِنَّ أَعْظَمَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ جُرْمًا مَنْ سَأَلَ عَنْ أَمْرٍ لَمْ يُحَرَّمْ فَحُرِّمَ عَلَى النَّاسِ مِنْ أَجْلِ مَسْأَلَتِهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
‘Amir b. sa’id on his father’s authority reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying:The Muslim who offends most against the Muslims is he who enquires about something which has not been forbidden to men, and it is declared forbidden because of his enquiry
Traduction en ourdou
سعد بن ابی وقاص رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مسلمانوں کے حق میں سب سے بڑا مجرم وہ مسلمان ہے جو ایسی چیز کے بارے میں سوال کرے جو حرام نہیں کی گئی تھی لیکن اس کے سوال کرنے کی وجہ سے مسلمانوں پر حرام کر دی گئی۱؎ ۔
