Rapporté par ‘Amr ibn Suh’aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père رضي الله عنهم : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui pratique la médecine sans être reconnu comme médecin sera tenu responsable. » Abu Dawud a dit : Cela a été transmis uniquement par al-Walid. Nous ne savons pas si ce récit est authentique ou non

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ الأَنْطَاكِيُّ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، أَنَّ الْوَلِيدَ بْنَ مُسْلِمٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ تَطَبَّبَ وَلاَ يُعْلَمُ مِنْهُ طِبٌّ فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ " . قَالَ نَصْرٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ هَذَا لَمْ يَرْوِهِ إِلاَّ الْوَلِيدُ لاَ نَدْرِي هُوَ صَحِيحٌ أَمْ لاَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Amr b. Suh'aib: On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Anyone who practises medicine when he is not known as a practitioner will be held responsible. Abu Dawud said: This has been transmitted by al-Walid alone. We do not know whether it is sound or not
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو طب نہ جانتا ہو اور علاج کرے تو وہ ( مریض کا ) ضامن ہو گا ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اسے ولید کے علاوہ کسی اور نے روایت نہیں کیا، ہمیں نہیں معلوم یہ صحیح ہے یا نہیں۔
