Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه : L’une des deux femmes de Hudhayl a tué l’autre. Chacune avait un mari et des enfants. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a fixé que le prix du sang pour la femme tuée devait être payé par les proches de la femme du côté paternel. Il a déclaré son mari et son enfant innocents. Les proches de la femme qui a tué ont dit : « Nous hériterons d’elle. » Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Non, ce sont ses enfants et son mari qui hériteront d’elle. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُجَالِدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الشَّعْبِيُّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ امْرَأَتَيْنِ، مِنْ هُذَيْلٍ قَتَلَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الأُخْرَى وَلِكُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنْهُمَا زَوْجٌ وَوَلَدٌ فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم دِيَةَ الْمَقْتُولَةِ عَلَى عَاقِلَةِ الْقَاتِلَةِ وَبَرَّأَ زَوْجَهَا وَوَلَدَهَا . قَالَ فَقَالَ عَاقِلَةُ الْمَقْتُولَةِ مِيرَاثُهَا لَنَا قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ مِيرَاثُهَا لِزَوْجِهَا وَوَلَدِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: One of the two women of Hudhayl killed the other, Each of them had husband and sons. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) fixed the blood-wit for the slain woman to be paid by the woman's relatives on the father's side. He declared her husband and the child innocent. The relatives of the woman who killed said: We shall inherit from her. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: No, her sons and her husband should inherit from her
Traduction en ourdou
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ قبیلہ ہذیل کی دو عورتوں میں سے ایک نے دوسری کو قتل کر دیا، ان میں سے ہر ایک کے شوہر بھی تھا، اور اولاد بھی، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مقتولہ کی دیت قاتلہ کے عصبات پر ٹھہرائی اور اس کے شوہر اور اولاد سے کوئی مواخذہ نہیں کیا، مقتولہ کے عصبات نے کہا: کیا اس کی میراث ہمیں ملے گی؟ تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: نہیں، اس کی میراث تو اس کے شوہر اور اولاد کی ہو گی ۔
