La tradition mentionnée ci-dessus a aussi été transmise par Mansur par une autre chaîne de rapporteurs, avec le même sens. Cette version ajoute : Le Prophète ﷺ a fixé que le prix du sang pour la femme tuée devait être payé par les proches de la femme qui l’avait tuée, du côté paternel. Abu Dawud a dit : De la même manière, cela a été transmis par al-Hakam de Mujahid d’après al-Mughirah

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ وَمَعْنَاهُ . وَزَادَ فَجَعَلَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم دِيَةَ الْمَقْتُولَةِ عَلَى عَصَبَةِ الْقَاتِلَةِ وَغُرَّةً لِمَا فِي بَطْنِهَا . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ الْحَكَمُ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Mansur through a different chain of narrators and to the same effect. This version adds:The Prophet (ﷺ) fixed the bloodwit for the slain woman to be paid by the relatives of the woman who had slain her, on the father's side. Abu Dawud said: In a similar way it has been transmitted by al-Hakam from Mujahid from al-Mughirah

اس سند سے منصور سے اسی طرح کی حدیث مروی ہے، اور اس میں اتنا اضافہ ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مقتول عورت کی دیت قاتل عورت کے عصبات پر ٹھہرائی، اور پیٹ کے بچے کے لیے ایک غرہ ( غلام یا لونڈی ) ٹھہرایا۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اسے اسی طرح حکم نے مجاہد سے مجاہد نے مغیرہ سے روایت کیا ہے۔
