Hadith 4531 — Livre 41: Types of Blood-Wit (Kitab Al-Diyat)

Rapporté par ‘Amr ibn Suh’aib, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit, en mentionnant une tradition similaire à celle rapportée par Ali. Cette version ajoute : « Le plus éloigné d’entre eux accorde la protection au nom de tous, les plus forts rendent le butin à ceux qui sont faibles, et les expéditions le renvoient à ceux qui sont restés chez eux. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ عَلِيٍّ زَادَ فِيهِ " وَيُجِيرُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَقْصَاهُمْ وَيَرُدُّ مُشِدُّهُمْ عَلَى مُضْعِفِهِمْ وَمُتَسَرِّيهِمْ عَلَى قَاعِدِهِمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Amr b. Suh'aib: On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, mentioning the tradition similar to the one transmitted by Ali. This version adds: The most distant of them gives protection as from all, those who are strong among them send back (spoil) to those who are weak among them, and their expeditions sending it back to those who are at home
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: … پھر راوی نے علی رضی اللہ عنہ کی حدیث کی طرح ذکر کیا البتہ اس میں اتنا اضافہ ہے کہ ان کا ادنی شخص بھی امان دے سکتا ہے اور مال غنیمت میں عمدہ جانور اور کمزور جانور والے دونوں برابر ہیں، جو لشکر سے باہر نکلے اور لڑے اور وہ جو لشکر میں بیٹھا رے دونوں برابر ہیں۔
