Hadith 4522 — Livre 41: Types of Blood-Wit (Kitab Al-Diyat)

Rapporté par ‘Amr ibn Shu’aib : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ tua un homme de Banu Nadr ibn Malik à Harrah ar-Righa’, sur la rive de Layyat al-Bahrah. Le transmetteur Mahmud (ibn Khalid) mentionna aussi les mots « à Bahrah » ainsi que « le tueur et le tué étaient parmi eux ». Seul Mahmud a transmis dans ce récit les mots « sur la rive de Layyah »

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، وَكَثِيرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا ح، وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ بْنِ سُفْيَانَ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَتَلَ بِالْقَسَامَةِ رَجُلاً مِنْ بَنِي نَصْرِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ بِبَحْرَةِ الرُّغَاءِ عَلَى شَطِّ لِيَّةِ الْبَحْرَةِ قَالَ الْقَاتِلُ وَالْمَقْتُولُ مِنْهُمْ . وَهَذَا لَفْظُ مَحْمُودٍ بِبَحْرَةٍ أَقَامَهُ مَحْمُودٌ وَحْدَهُ عَلَى شَطِّ لِيَّةِ الْبَحْرَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Amr b. Shu'aib: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) killed a man of Banu Nadr ibn Malik at Harrah ar-Righa' at the bank of Layyat al-Bahrah. The transmitter Mahmud (ibn Khalid) also mentioned the words along with the words "at Bahrah" "the slayer and the slain were from among them". Mahmud alone transmitted in this tradition the words "at the bank of Layyah
Traduction en ourdou
عمرو بن شعیب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے قسامہ سے بنی نصر بن مالک کے ایک آدمی کو بحرۃالرغاء ۱؎میں لیۃالبحرہ ۲؎ کے کنارے پر قتل کیا، راوی کہتے ہیں: قاتل اور مقتول دونوں بنی نصر کے تھے، «ببحرة الرغاء على شطر لية البحر»کے یہ الفاظ محمود کے ہیں اور محمود اس حدیث کے سلسلہ میں سب سے زیادہ درست آدمی ہیں۔
