Rapporté par Samurah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si quelqu’un tue son esclave, nous le tuerons ; et si quelqu’un coupe le nez de son esclave, nous lui couperons le nez. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Samurah: The Prophet (ﷺ) Said: If anyone kills his slave, we shall kill him, and if anyone cuts off the nose of his slave, we shall cut off his nose
Traduction en ourdou
سمرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو اپنے غلام کو قتل کرے گا ہم اسے قتل کریں گے، اور جو اس کے اعضاء کاٹے گا ہم اس کے اعضاء کاٹیں گے ۔
