Hadith 4415 — Livre 40: Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)
كتاب الحدود
Rapporté par ‘Ubadah b. al-Samit رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Recevez mes enseignements, recevez mes enseignements. Allah a prévu une voie pour ces femmes. Si les deux personnes sont mariées, elles recevront cent coups de fouet et seront lapidées à mort. Si elles ne sont pas mariées, elles recevront cent coups de fouet et seront exilées pendant un an. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " خُذُوا عَنِّي خُذُوا عَنِّي قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلاً الثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَرَمْىٌ بِالْحِجَارَةِ وَالْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَنَفْىُ سَنَةٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
‘Ubadah b. al-Samit reported the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) as sayings:Receive my teachings, receive my teachings. Allah has appointed a way for those women. If the parties have been married, they shall receive a hundred lashes and stoned to death. If the parties are unmarried, they shall receive a hundred lashes and banished for a year
Traduction en ourdou
عبادہ بن صامت رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مجھ سے سیکھ لو، مجھ سے سیکھ لو، اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے لیے راہ نکال دی ہے غیر کنوارہ مرد غیر کنواری عورت کے ساتھ زنا کرے تو سو کوڑے اور رجم ہے اور کنوارا مرد کنواری عورت کے ساتھ زنا کرے تو سو کوڑے اور ایک سال کی جلا وطنی ہے ۔
