كتاب صلاة السفر وتقصرها
Rapporté par Aisha, la mère des croyants رضي الله عنها : Ata’ ibn Abu Rabah a demandé à Aisha : « Les femmes peuvent-elles prier sur une monture ? » Elle a répondu : « Elles n’y étaient pas autorisées, que ce soit en cas de difficulté ou de facilité. » Muhammad ibn Shu’ayb a précisé : « Cette interdiction concerne les prières obligatoires. »

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَائِشَةَ - رضى الله عنها - هَلْ رُخِّصَ لِلنِّسَاءِ أَنْ يُصَلِّينَ عَلَى الدَّوَابِّ قَالَتْ لَمْ يُرَخَّصْ لَهُنَّ فِي ذَلِكَ فِي شِدَّةٍ وَلاَ رَخَاءٍ . قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ هَذَا فِي الْمَكْتُوبَةِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Aisha, Ummul Mu'minin: Ata' ibn AbuRabah asked Aisha: Can women offer prayer on a riding beast? She replied: They were not permitted to do so in hardship or comfort. Muhammad ibn Shu'ayb said: This (prohibition) applies to the obligatory prayers

عطا بن ابی رباح کہتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے پوچھا: کیا عورتوں کو چوپایوں پر نماز ادا کرنے کی اجازت دی گئی ہے؟ آپ نے کہا: مشکل میں ہوں یا سہولت میں، انہیں کسی حالت میں اس کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی ہے۔ محمد بن شعیب کہتے ہیں: یہ بات فرض نماز کے سلسلے میں ہے۔
