La tradition mentionnée ci-dessus a aussi été transmise par al-Zuhri, qui n’a pas mentionné Maymunah. Cette version dit : Il a dit : « Pourquoi ne l’avez-vous pas utilisée ? » Puis il a mentionné le reste de la tradition dans le même sens, sans parler du tannage

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ لَمْ يَذْكُرْ مَيْمُونَةَ قَالَ فَقَالَ " أَلاَ انْتَفَعْتُمْ بِإِهَابِهَا " . ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ لَمْ يَذْكُرِ الدِّبَاغَ .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by al-Zuhri who did not mention Maimunah. This version has:He said: Why did you not make use of it ? He then mentioned the rest of the tradition to the same effect but did not mention tanning

اس سند سے بھی زہری سے یہی حدیث مروی ہے اس میں انہوں نے ام المؤمنین میمونہ رضی اللہ عنہا کا ذکر نہیں کیا ہے، زہری کہتے ہیں: اس پر آپ نے فرمایا: تم نے اس کی کھال سے فائدہ کیوں نہیں اٹھایا؟ پھر راوی نے اسی مفہوم کی حدیث ذکر کی، اور دباغت کا ذکر نہیں کیا۔
