Rapporté par ‘Amr b. Suh’aib رضي الله عنه, d’après son père, d’après son grand-père : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Lorsque l’un d’entre vous marie sa servante à son esclave ou à son employé, il ne doit pas regarder ses parties intimes situées entre le nombril et les genoux. » Abu Dawud a dit : Le nom correct est Sawwad b. Dawud al-Muzani al-Sairafi (et non Dawud b. Sawwad comme mentionné dans la chaîne). Le narrateur Waki’ s’est trompé

حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنِي دَاوُدُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ الْمُزَنِيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا زَوَّجَ أَحَدُكُمْ خَادِمَهُ عَبْدَهُ أَوْ أَجِيرَهُ فَلاَ يَنْظُرْ إِلَى مَا دُونَ السُّرَّةِ وَفَوْقَ الرُّكْبَةِ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ صَوَابُهُ سَوَّارُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمُزَنِيُّ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ وَهِمَ فِيهِ وَكِيعٌ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated 'Amr b. Suh'aib: On his father's authority, said that his grandfather reported the Prophet (ﷺ) said: When one of you marries his female servant to his slave or to his employee, he should not look at her private part below the navel and above the knees. Abu Dawud said: The correct name is Sawwad b. Dawud al-Muzani al-Sairafi (and not Dawud b. Sawwad as mentioned in the chain). The narrator waki' misunderstood it

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن العاص رضی اللہ عنہا کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کوئی اپنی لونڈی کی اپنے غلام یا مزدور سے شادی کر دے تو پھر وہ اس کے اس حصہ کو نہ دیکھے جو ناف کے نیچے اور گھٹنے کے اوپر ہے ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: صحیح سوار بن داود مزنی صیرفی ہے وکیع کو ان کے نام میں وہم ہوا ہے۔
