Hadith 4085 — Livre 34: Clothing (Kitab Al-Libas)
كتاب اللباس
Rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui laisse traîner son vêtement par orgueil, Allah ne le regardera pas le Jour de la Résurrection. » Abu Bakr a dit : « Un côté de mon vêtement traîne, mais je fais attention à cela. » Il a répondu : « Tu n’es pas de ceux qui le font par orgueil. »

حَدَّثَنَا النُّفَيْلِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَنْ جَرَّ ثَوْبَهُ خُيَلاَءَ لَمْ يَنْظُرِ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " . فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ إِنَّ أَحَدَ جَانِبَىْ إِزَارِي يَسْتَرْخِي إِنِّي لأَتَعَاهَدُ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُ . قَالَ " لَسْتَ مِمَّنْ يَفْعَلُهُ خُيَلاَءَ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: If anyone trails his garment arrogantly, Allah will not look at him on the Day of Resurrection. Then Abu Bakr said: One of the sides of my lower garment trails, but still I remain careful about it. He said: You are not one of those who do so conceitedly
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو کوئی غرور اور تکبر سے اپنا کپڑا گھسیٹے گا تو اللہ اسے قیامت کے دن نہیں دیکھے گا یہ سنا تو ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا: میرے تہبند کا ایک کنارہ لٹکتا رہتا ہے جب کہ میں اس کا بہت خیال رکھتا ہوں۔ آپ نے فرمایا: تم ان میں سے نہیں ہو جو غرور سے یہ کام کیا کرتے ہیں۔
