كتاب العتق
Le récit mentionné ci-dessus a aussi été rapporté par Ibn ‘Umar رضي الله عنه du Prophète ﷺ. Le rapporteur Ayyub a dit : « Je ne sais pas si les mots suivants font partie du hadith du Prophète ﷺ ou si Nafi‘ les a ajoutés lui-même : “Sinon, il sera affranchi à hauteur de la part du premier homme.” »

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ فَلاَ أَدْرِي هُوَ فِي الْحَدِيثِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَوْ شَىْءٌ قَالَهُ نَافِعٌ وَإِلاَّ عَتَقَ مِنْهُ مَا عَتَقَ .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above has also been narrated by Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet (ﷺ). The narrator Ayyub said:I do not know whether the following words are part of the tradition of the Prophet (ﷺ) or Nafi' told them himself: "Otherwise he will be emancipated to the extent of the first man's share

اس سند سے بھی ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے یہی حدیث مرفوعاً مروی ہے ایوب کہتے ہیں: مجھے نہیں معلوم کہ «وإلا عتق منه ما عتق»نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی حدیث کا حصہ ہے یا نافع کا قول ہے۔
