Qatadah rapporte avec sa chaîne de transmetteurs : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si un homme affranchit un esclave qu’il possède en commun avec un autre, l’affranchissement ne concerne que sa part. » Ceci est la version d’Ibn Suwaid

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، بِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ أَعْتَقَ مَمْلُوكًا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ آخَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ خَلاَصُهُ " . وَهَذَا لَفْظُ ابْنِ سُوَيْدٍ .
Traduction anglaise
Qatadah narrated with his chain of narrators:The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If a man emancipates a slave shared by him with another man, his emancipation rests with him (who emancipated his share). This is the version of Ibn Suwaid

قتادہ اس سند سے بھی نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے مرفوعاً روایت کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے فرمایا: جس نے کسی ایسے غلام کو جو اس کے اور کسی اور کے درمیان مشترک ہے آزاد کیا تو اس کے ذمہ اس کی مکمل خلاصی ہو گی ۱؎ ، یہ ابن سوید کے الفاظ ہیں۔
