Hadith 3815 — Livre 28: Foods (Kitab Al-At'imah)

Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Ce que la mer rejette et laisse sur le rivage, vous pouvez le manger, mais ce qui meurt dans la mer et flotte, vous ne devez pas le manger. » Abu Dawud a dit : Cette tradition a été transmise par Sufyan al-Thawri, Ayyub et Hammad d’Abu al-Zubair comme étant la parole de Jabir lui-même (et non du Prophète). Elle a aussi été transmise directement du Prophète ﷺ par une chaîne faible par Abu Dhi'b, d’Abu al-Zubair, d’après Jabir, du Prophète ﷺ

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ الطَّائِفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا أَلْقَى الْبَحْرُ أَوْ جَزَرَ عَنْهُ فَكُلُوهُ وَمَا مَاتَ فِيهِ وَطَفَا فَلاَ تَأْكُلُوهُ " . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ رَوَى هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ وَأَيُّوبُ وَحَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ أَوْقَفُوهُ عَلَى جَابِرٍ وَقَدْ أُسْنِدَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ أَيْضًا مِنْ وَجْهٍ ضَعِيفٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: What the sea throws up and is left by the tide you may eat, but what dies in the sea and floats you must not eat. Abu Dawud said: This tradition has been transmitted by Sufyan al-Thawri, Ayyub and Hammad from Abu al-Zubair as the statement of Jabor himself (and not from the Prophet). It has been also transmitted direct from the Prophet (ﷺ) through a weak chain by Abu Dhi'b, from Abu al-Zubair on the authority if Jabir from the Prophet (ﷺ)
Traduction en ourdou
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سمندر جس مچھلی کو باہر ڈال دے یا جس سے سمندر کا پانی سکڑ جائے تو اسے کھاؤ، اور جو اس میں مر کر اوپر آ جائے تو اسے مت کھاؤ ۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: اس حدیث کو سفیان ثوری، ایوب اور حماد نے ابو الزبیر سے روایت کیا ہے، اور اسے جابر پر موقوف قرار دیا ہے اور یہ حدیث ایک ضعیف سند سے بھی مروی ہے جو اس طرح ہے: «عن ابن أبي ذئب عن أبي الزبير عن جابر عن النبي صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم» ۔
