Rapporté par Anas b. Malik : Quand le Prophète ﷺ buvait, il reprenait son souffle trois fois pendant qu’il buvait et disait : « C’est plus sain, plus désaltérant et meilleur pour la santé. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِي عِصَامٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ إِذَا شَرِبَ تَنَفَّسَ ثَلاَثًا وَقَالَ " هُوَ أَهْنَأُ وَأَمْرَأُ وَأَبْرَأُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Anas b.Malik said :when the prophet (ﷺ) drank, he used to breathe three times in the course of a drink and say : It is more whole some ,thrist-quenching and healthier

انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ جب نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پیتے تو تین سانس میں پیتے اور فرماتے: یہ خوب پیاس کو مارنے والا، ہاضم اور صحت بخش ہے ۔
