Rapporté par Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنه : « L’Envoyé d’Allah ﷺ a interdit de boire à l’embouchure d’une outre, de monter un animal qui se nourrit d’impuretés, et de manger un animal tué en captivité. » Abu Dawud a dit : « Jallalah » désigne un animal qui mange des saletés et des impuretés

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْ فِي السِّقَاءِ وَعَنْ رُكُوبِ الْجَلاَّلَةِ وَالْمُجَثَّمَةِ . قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْجَلاَّلَةُ الَّتِي تَأْكُلُ الْعَذِرَةَ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn Abbas said:The apostle of allah (ﷺ) forbade drinking from the mouth of a water-skin, and riding the animal which feeds on filth and eating the animal which is killed in confinement. Abu Dawud said: Jallalah means an animal which eats filth and impurities
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مشکیزے میں منہ لگا کر پینے سے، نجاست کھانے والے جانور کی سواری سے اور جس پرندہ کو باندھ کر تیر وغیرہ سے نشانہ لگا کر مارا گیا ہو اسے کھانے سے منع فرمایا۔ ابوداؤد کہتے ہیں: «جلّالہ» وہ جانور ہے جو نجاست کھاتا ہے۔
