Ibn ‘Umar et Ibn ‘Abbas ont dit : « Nous attestons que le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit l’utilisation des gourdes, des jarres vertes, des récipients enduits de poix et des troncs de palmier évidés. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورُ بْنُ حَيَّانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، وَابْنِ، عَبَّاسٍ قَالاَ نَشْهَدُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ وَالنَّقِيرِ .
Traduction anglaise
Ibn ‘Umar and Ibn ‘Abbas said :We testify that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade (the use of) gourds, green jars, receptacles smeared with pitch, and hollowed stumps of palm-trees

ابن عمر اور ابن عباس کہتے ہیں کہ ہم گواہی دیتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تمبی، سبز رنگ کے برتن، تارکول ملے ہوئے برتن اور لکڑی کے برتن ۱؎ سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
