Rapporté par Sulayman ibn Musa : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Le témoignage d’un homme ou d’une femme trompeur, d’un adultère ou d’une adultère, et de celui qui garde de la rancune contre son frère n’est pas recevable. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَلَفِ بْنِ طَارِقٍ الرَّازِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ مُوسَى، بِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ خَائِنٍ وَلاَ خَائِنَةٍ وَلاَ زَانٍ وَلاَ زَانِيَةٍ وَلاَ ذِي غِمْرٍ عَلَى أَخِيهِ " .
Traduction anglaise
The tradition mentioned above (No. 3593) has also been transmitted by Sulayman ibn Musa through a different chain of narrators. This version has:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The testimony of a deceitful man or woman, of an adulterer and adulteress, and of one who harbours rancour against his brother is not allowable

اس سند سے بھی عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: خیانت کرنے والے مرد اور خیانت کرنے والی عورت کی، زانی مرد اور زانیہ عورت کی اور اپنے بھائی سے کینہ رکھنے والے شخص کی گواہی جائز نہیں ۔
