Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « La réconciliation entre musulmans est permise. » Le narrateur Ahmad a ajouté dans sa version : « sauf la réconciliation qui rend licite ce qui est illicite et illicite ce qui est licite. » Sulayman ibn Dawud a ajouté : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Les musulmans respectent leurs engagements. »

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَهْرِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، أَوْ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ - شَكَّ الشَّيْخُ - عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ رَبَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الصُّلْحُ جَائِزٌ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " . زَادَ أَحْمَدُ " إِلاَّ صُلْحًا أَحَلَّ حَرَامًا أَوْ حَرَّمَ حَلاَلاً " . وَزَادَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْمُسْلِمُونَ عَلَى شُرُوطِهِمْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Conciliation between Muslims is permissible. The narrator Ahmad added in his version: "except the conciliation which makes lawful unlawful and unlawful lawful." Sulayman ibn Dawud added: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Muslims are on (i.e. stick to) their conditions
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مسلمانوں کے درمیان مصالحت جائز ہے ۔ احمد بن عبدالواحد نے اتنا اضافہ کیا ہے: سوائے اس صلح کے جو کسی حرام شے کو حلال یا کسی حلال شے کو حرام کر دے ۔ اور سلیمان بن داود نے اپنی روایت میں یہ اضافہ کیا ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مسلمان اپنی شرطوں پر قائم رہیں گے ۱؎ ۔
