Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Si quelqu’un cherche à devenir juge parmi les musulmans jusqu’à obtenir ce poste, et que sa justice l’emporte sur son injustice, il ira au Paradis ; mais si son injustice l’emporte sur sa justice, il ira en Enfer. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّاسٌ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُلاَزِمُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ - وَهُوَ أَبُو كَثِيرٍ - قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ طَلَبَ قَضَاءَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حَتَّى يَنَالَهُ ثُمَّ غَلَبَ عَدْلُهُ جَوْرَهُ فَلَهُ الْجَنَّةُ وَمَنْ غَلَبَ جَوْرُهُ عَدْلَهُ فَلَهُ النَّارُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated AbuHurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone seeks the office of judge among Muslims till he gets it and his justice prevails over his tyranny, he will go to Paradise; but the man whose tyranny prevails over his justice will go to Hell
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو شخص مسلمانوں کے منصب قضاء کی درخواست کرے یہاں تک کہ وہ اسے پا لے پھر اس کے ظلم پر اس کا عدل غالب آ جائے تو اس کے لیے جنت ہے، اور جس کا ظلم اس کے عدل پر غالب آ جائے تو اس کے لیے جہنم ہے ۔
