Rapporté par Abu Hurayrah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « Celui qui a été nommé juge a été tué sans couteau. »

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، أَخْبَرَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ وَلِيَ الْقَضَاءَ فَقَدْ ذُبِحَ بِغَيْرِ سِكِّينٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Hurayrah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: He who has been appointed a judge has been killed without a knife

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کا ارشاد ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جو قاضی بنا دیا گیا ( گویا ) وہ بغیر چھری کے ذبح کر دیا گیا ۔
