Rapporté par Muhayyisah رضي الله عنه : La chamelle de Bara' ibn Azib est entrée dans le jardin d’un homme et y a causé des dégâts. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a jugé que les propriétaires de biens doivent les surveiller le jour, et les propriétaires d’animaux doivent surveiller leurs bêtes la nuit

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَرَامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ نَاقَةً، لِلْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ دَخَلَتْ حَائِطَ رَجُلٍ فَأَفْسَدَتْهُ عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى أَهْلِ الأَمْوَالِ حِفْظَهَا بِالنَّهَارِ وَعَلَى أَهْلِ الْمَوَاشِي حِفْظَهَا بِاللَّيْلِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Muhayyisah: The she-camel of Bara' ibn Azib entered the garden of a man and did damage to it. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave decision that the owners of properties are responsible for guarding them by day, and the owners of animals are responsible for guarding them by night

محیصہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہما کی اونٹنی ایک شخص کے باغ میں گھس گئی اور اسے تباہ و برباد کر دیا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس کا فیصلہ کیا کہ دن میں مال والوں پر مال کی حفاظت کی ذمہ داری ہے اور رات میں جانوروں کی حفاظت کی ذمہ داری جانوروں کے مالکان پر ہے ۱؎۔
