Hadith 3558 — Livre 24: Wages (Kitab Al-Ijarah)
كتاب الإجارة
Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah رضي الله عنه : Le Prophète ﷺ a dit : « L’usufruit viager est licite pour celui qui le reçoit, et le don d’un bien pour qu’il revienne au survivant est licite pour celui à qui il est donné. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ صلى الله عليه وسلم " الْعُمْرَى جَائِزَةٌ لأَهْلِهَا وَالرُّقْبَى جَائِزَةٌ لأَهْلِهَا " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Life-tenancy is lawful for the one to whom it is given and donation of property to go to the survivor is lawful to whom it is given

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: عمریٰ جس کو دیا گیا ہے اس کے گھر والوں کا ہو جاتا ہے، اور رقبیٰ ۱؎ ( بھی ) اسی کے اہل کا حق ہے ۔
