Hadith 3543 — Livre 24: Wages (Kitab Al-Ijarah)
كتاب الإجارة
Rapporté par Al-Nu’man ibn Bashir رضي الله عنه : Son père lui avait donné un esclave. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ demanda : « Qu’est-ce que cet esclave ? » Il répondit : « C’est l’esclave que mon père m’a donné. » Il demanda : « A-t-il donné la même chose à tous tes frères ? » Il répondit : « Non. » Le Prophète ﷺ dit alors : « Rends-le, donc. »

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، حَدَّثَنِي النُّعْمَانُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ، قَالَ أَعْطَاهُ أَبُوهُ غُلاَمًا فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " مَا هَذَا الْغُلاَمُ " . قَالَ غُلاَمِي أَعْطَانِيهِ أَبِي . قَالَ " فَكُلَّ إِخْوَتِكَ أَعْطَى كَمَا أَعْطَاكَ " . قَالَ لاَ . قَالَ " فَارْدُدْهُ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Al-Nu'man b. Bashir:That his father had given him a slave. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: What is this slave ? He replied: This is my slave which my father has given me. He asked: Has he given all your brothers the same as he has given you? He replied: No. He then said: Return it, then
Traduction en ourdou
نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں ان کے والد نے انہیں ایک غلام دیا، تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا: یہ کیسا غلام ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: میرا غلام ہے، اسے مجھے میرے والد نے دیا ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا: جیسے تمہیں دیا ہے کیا تمہارے سب بھائیوں کو دیا ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا: نہیں، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم اسے لوٹا دو ۔
