حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " عُهْدَةُ الرَّقِيقِ ثَلاَثَةُ أَيَّامٍ " .

Narrated Uqbah ibn Amir: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: The contractual obligation of a slave is three days

عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ( بایع پر ) غلام و لونڈی کے عیب کی جواب دہی کی مدت تین دن ہے ۔
