Rapporté par Ibn 'Umar : Un homme a dit au Messager d’Allah ﷺ qu’il se faisait tromper dans les transactions commerciales. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lui a alors dit : « Quand tu fais une affaire, dis : “Il n’y a pas de tromperie.” » Ainsi, quand l’homme fit une affaire, il dit : « Il n’y a pas de tromperie. »

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَجُلاً، ذَكَرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ يُخْدَعُ فِي الْبَيْعِ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " إِذَا بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ " . فَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا بَايَعَ يَقُولُ لاَ خِلاَبَةَ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Ibn 'Umar:A man told the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that he was being deceived in business transactions. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) then said: When you make a bargain, say: There is no attempt to deceive. So when the man made a bargain, he said: There is no attempt to deceive
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ذکر کیا کہ خرید و فروخت میں اسے دھوکا دے دیا جاتا ہے ( تو وہ کیا کرے ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا: جب تم خرید و فروخت کرو، تو کہہ دیا کرو «لا خلابة» ( دھوکا دھڑی کا اعتبار نہ ہو گا ) تو وہ آدمی جب کوئی چیز بیچتا تو «لا خلابة» کہہ دیتا ۱؎۔
