Hadith 3466 — Livre 24: Wages (Kitab Al-Ijarah)

Rapporté par Abdullah ibn Abu Awfa al-Aslami رضي الله عنه : Nous avons voyagé vers la Syrie lors d’une expédition avec le Messager d’Allah ﷺ. Les Nabatéens de Syrie sont venus vers nous et nous leur avons payé à l’avance (dans un contrat salam) pour du blé et de l’huile d’olive, à un prix et pour une durée déterminés. On lui demanda : « Peut-être avez-vous conclu ce contrat avec quelqu’un qui possédait déjà ces choses ? » Il répondit : « Nous ne leur avons pas demandé. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُصَفَّى، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي غَنِيَّةَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى الأَسْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ غَزَوْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الشَّامَ فَكَانَ يَأْتِينَا أَنْبَاطٌ مِنْ أَنْبَاطِ الشَّامِ فَنُسْلِفُهُمْ فِي الْبُرِّ وَالزَّيْتِ سِعْرًا مَعْلُومًا وَأَجَلاً مَعْلُومًا فَقِيلَ لَهُ مِمَّنْ لَهُ ذَلِكَ قَالَ مَا كُنَّا نَسْأَلُهُمْ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abdullah ibn AbuAwfa ibn AbuAwfa al-Aslami: We made a journey to Syria on an expedition along with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). The Nabateans of Syria came to us and we paid in advance to them (in a salam contract) in wheat and olive oil at a specified rate and for a specified time. He asked (by the people): you might have contracted with him who had these things in his possession? He replied: We did not ask them
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن ابی اوفی اسلمی رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ شام میں جہاد کیا تو شام کے کاشتکاروں میں سے بہت سے کاشتکار ہمارے پاس آتے، تو ہم ان سے بھاؤ اور مدت معلوم و متعین کر کے گیہوں اور تیل کا سلف کرتے ( یعنی پہلے رقم دے دیتے پھر متعینہ بھاؤ سے مقررہ مدت پر مال لے لیتے تھے ) ان سے کہا گیا: آپ ایسے لوگوں سے سلم کرتے رہے ہوں گے جن کے پاس یہ مال موجود رہتا ہو گا، انہوں نے کہا: ہم یہ سب ان سے نہیں پوچھتے تھے۔
