Rapporté par Rafi’ ibn Khadij رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a interdit la muhaqalah et la muzabanah. Ceux qui cultivent la terre sont de trois types : un homme qui possède sa propre terre et la cultive ; un homme à qui l’on a prêté une terre et qui cultive celle qu’on lui a prêtée ; un homme qui emploie quelqu’un d’autre pour cultiver la terre en échange d’or (dinars) ou d’argent (dirhams)

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، حَدَّثَنَا طَارِقُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَقَالَ " إِنَّمَا يَزْرَعُ ثَلاَثَةٌ رَجُلٌ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَهُوَ يَزْرَعُهَا وَرَجُلٌ مُنِحَ أَرْضًا فَهُوَ يَزْرَعُ مَا مُنِحَ وَرَجُلٌ اسْتَكْرَى أَرْضًا بِذَهَبٍ أَوْ فِضَّةٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Rafi' ibn Khadij: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade muhaqalah and muzabanah. Those who cultivate land are three: a man who has (his own) land and he tills it: a man who has been lent land and he tills the one lent to him; a man who employs another man to till land against gold (dinars) or silver (dirhams)
Traduction en ourdou
رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے محاقلہ اور مزابنہ سے منع کیا ہے ۱؎ اور فرمایا: زراعت تین طرح کے لوگ کرتے ہیں ( ۱ ) ایک وہ شخص جس کی اپنی ذاتی زمین ہو تو وہ اس میں کھیتی کرتا ہے، ( ۲ ) دوسرا وہ شخص جسے عاریۃً ( بلامعاوضہ ) زمین دے دی گئی ہو تو وہ دی ہوئی زمین میں کھیتی کرتا ہے، ( ۳ ) تیسرا وہ شخص جس نے سونا چاندی ( نقد ) دے کر زمین کرایہ پر لی ہو ۔
