Rapporté par Jabir ibn Abdullah : Le Prophète ﷺ a interdit la vente de fruits tant qu’ils ne sont pas manifestement en bon état, et (a ordonné) qu’ils ne soient vendus que contre dinar ou dirham, sauf pour les ‘araya

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاَحُهُ وَلاَ يُبَاعُ إِلاَّ بِالدِّينَارِ أَوْ بِالدِّرْهَمِ إِلاَّ الْعَرَايَا .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of fruits till they were clearly in good condition , and (ordered that) they should not be sold but for dinar or dirham except Araya

جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے میوہ کی پختگی ظاہر ہونے سے پہلے اسے بیچنے سے روکا ہے اور فرمایا ہے: پھل ( میوہ ) درہم و دینار ( روپیہ پیسہ ) ہی سے بیچا جائے سوائے عرایا کے ( عرایا میں پکا پھل کچے پھل سے بیچا جا سکتا ہے ) ۔
