Hadith 3353 — Livre 23: Commercial Transactions (Kitab Al-Buyu)
كتاب البيوع
Rapporté par Fudalah ibn Ubayd : Nous étions avec le Messager d’Allah ﷺ lors de la bataille de Khaybar. Nous vendions aux Juifs une uqiyah d’or pour un dinar. D’autres rapporteurs que Qutaibah ont dit : « pour deux ou trois dinars. » Ensuite, les deux versions se sont accordées. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Ne vendez de l’or que pour un poids égal. »

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنِ الْجُلاَحِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي حَنَشٌ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ نُبَايِعُ الْيَهُودَ الأُوقِيَّةَ مِنَ الذَّهَبِ بِالدِّينَارِ . قَالَ غَيْرُ قُتَيْبَةَ بِالدِّينَارَيْنِ وَالثَّلاَثَةِ . ثُمَّ اتَّفَقَا فَقَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لاَ تَبِيعُوا الذَّهَبَ بِالذَّهَبِ إِلاَّ وَزْنًا بِوَزْنٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Fudalah bin 'Ubaid:We were with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) at the battle of Khaibar. We were selling to the Jews one uqiyah of gold for one dinar. The narrators other than Qutaibah said: "for two or three dinars." Then both the versions agreed. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Do not sell gold except with equal weight
Traduction en ourdou
فضالہ بن عبید رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم خیبر کی لڑائی کے موقع پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ تھے، ہم یہود سے سونے کا اوقیہ دینار کے بدلے بیچتے خریدتے تھے ( قتیبہ کے علاوہ دوسرے راویوں نے دو دینار اور تین دینار بھی کہے ہیں، پھر آگے کی بات میں دونوں راوی ایک ہو گئے ہیں ) رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: سونے کو سونے سے نہ بیچو جب تک کہ دونوں طرف وزن برابر نہ ہوں ۔
