Rapporté par Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Le retard de paiement par une personne riche est une injustice, mais si l’un de vous est orienté vers un homme aisé, qu’il accepte cette référence. »

Texte arabe original
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَطْلُ الْغَنِيِّ ظُلْمٌ وَإِذَا أُتْبِعَ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى مَلِيءٍ فَلْيَتْبَعْ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Abu Hurairah:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: Delay in payment (of debt) by a rich man is injunctive, but when one of you is referred to a wealthy man, he should accept the reference
Traduction en ourdou
ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: مالدار کا ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے ( چاہے وہ قرض ہو یا کسی کا کوئی حق ) اور اگر تم میں سے کوئی مالدار شخص کی حوالگی میں دیا جائے تو چاہیئے کہ اس کی حوالگی قبول کرے ۱؎ ۔
