Rapporté par Buraidah : Une femme est venue voir le Prophète ﷺ et a dit : « J’ai offert une esclave à ma mère, mais elle est morte en laissant l’esclave. » Il a dit : « Ta récompense est assurée, et l’esclave te revient comme héritage. » Elle a dit : « Elle est morte alors qu’il lui restait un mois de jeûne à accomplir. » Le rapporteur a ensuite mentionné une tradition similaire à celle rapportée par ‘Amr b. ‘Awn

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، بُرَيْدَةَ : أَنَّ امْرَأَةً، أَتَتْ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَتْ : كُنْتُ تَصَدَّقْتُ عَلَى أُمِّي بِوَلِيدَةٍ، وَإِنَّهَا مَاتَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ تِلْكَ الْوَلِيدَةَ . قَالَ : " قَدْ وَجَبَ أَجْرُكِ، وَرَجَعَتْ إِلَيْكِ فِي الْمِيرَاثِ " . قَالَتْ : وَإِنَّهَا مَاتَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا صَوْمُ شَهْرٍ . فَذَكَرَ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ عَمْرٍو .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Buraidah:A woman came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: I gave a slave girl to my mother, but she died and left the salve-girl. He said: Your reward became certain for you, and she (the slave-girl) returned to you as inheritance. She said: She died and one month's fast was due from her. He (the narrator) then mentioned the tradition similar to the one mentioned by 'Amr b. 'Awn

بریدہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک عورت رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئی اور اس نے عرض کیا: میں نے ایک باندی اپنی والدہ کو دی تھی، اب وہ مر گئیں اور وہی باندی چھوڑ گئیں ہیں، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تمہیں تمہارا اجر مل گیا اور باندی بھی تمہیں وراثت میں مل گئی اس نے کہا: وہ مر گئیں اور ان کے ذمہ ایک مہینے کا روزہ تھا، پھر عمرو ( عمرو بن عون ) کی حدیث ( نمبر ۳۳۰۸ ) کی طرح ذکر کیا۔
