كتاب الأيمان والنذور
Rapporté par Uqbah ibn Amir : Uqbah a consulté le Prophète ﷺ au sujet de sa sœur qui avait fait le vœu d’accomplir le hajj pieds nus et tête découverte. Il a dit : « Ordonne-lui de couvrir sa tête, de monter à dos de monture et de jeûner trois jours. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الأَنْصَارِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ زَحْرٍ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ، أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ أَخْبَرَهُ : أَنَّهُ، سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ أُخْتٍ لَهُ نَذَرَتْ أَنْ تَحُجَّ حَافِيَةً غَيْرَ مُخْتَمِرَةٍ فَقَالَ : " مُرُوهَا فَلْتَخْتَمِرْ وَلْتَرْكَبْ، وَلْتَصُمْ ثَلاَثَةَ أَيَّامٍ " .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Uqbah ibn Amir: Uqbah consulted the Prophet (ﷺ) about his sister who took a vow to perform hajj barefooted and bareheaded. So he said: Command her to cover her head and to ride, and to fast three days

عقبہ بن عامر رضی اللہ عنہ نے خبر دی کہ انہوں نے نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اپنی ایک بہن کے بارے میں پوچھا جس نے نذر مانی تھی کہ وہ ننگے پیر اور ننگے سر حج کرے گی، تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اسے حکم دو کہ اپنا سر ڈھانپ لے اور سواری پر سوار ہو اور ( بطور کفارہ ) تین دن کے روزے رکھے ۔
