Rapporté par Al-Bara’ ibn Azib رضي الله عنه : Nous sommes sortis avec le Messager d’Allah ﷺ pour l’enterrement d’un homme des Ansar. Mais quand nous sommes arrivés à la tombe, la niche sur le côté n’était pas encore creusée. Le Prophète ﷺ s’est alors assis face à la qibla, et nous nous sommes assis avec lui

حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زَاذَانَ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي جَنَازَةِ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَانْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى الْقَبْرِ وَلَمْ يُلْحَدْ بَعْدُ فَجَلَسَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مُسْتَقْبِلَ الْقِبْلَةِ وَجَلَسْنَا مَعَهُ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Al-Bara' ibn Azib: We went out with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) to the funeral of a man of the Ansar, but when we reached the grave, the niche in the side had not yet been made, so the Prophet (ﷺ) sat down facing the qiblah, and we sat down along with him

براء بن عازب رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں ہم رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک انصاری کے جنازے میں نکلے، قبر پر پہنچے تو ابھی قبر کی بغل کھدی ہوئی نہ تھی، تو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم قبلہ کی طرف منہ کر کے بیٹھے اور ہم بھی آپ کے ساتھ بیٹھے۔
