كتاب الخراج والإمرة والفيء
Rapporté par un groupe de compagnons du Prophète ﷺ, selon Bashir ibn Yasar, affranchi des Ansar : Lorsque le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a conquis Khaybar, il l’a divisée en trente-six lots, chaque lot comprenant cent parts. La moitié était pour le Messager d’Allah ﷺ et pour les musulmans ; il a réservé l’autre moitié pour les délégations qui venaient le voir, pour d’autres affaires et pour les besoins urgents de la communauté

حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، مَوْلَى الأَنْصَارِ عَنْ رِجَالٍ، مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لَمَّا ظَهَرَ عَلَى خَيْبَرَ قَسَمَهَا عَلَى سِتَّةٍ وَثَلاَثِينَ سَهْمًا جَمَعَ كُلُّ سَهْمٍ مِائَةَ سَهْمٍ فَكَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَلِلْمُسْلِمِينَ النِّصْفُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَعَزَلَ النِّصْفَ الْبَاقِيَ لِمَنْ نَزَلَ بِهِ مِنَ الْوُفُودِ وَالأُمُورِ وَنَوَائِبِ النَّاسِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated A Group of Companions of the Prophet: Bashir ibn Yasar, the client of the Ansar, reported on the authority of a group of the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ): When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) conquered Khaybar, he divided it into thirty-six lots, each lot comprising one hundred portions. One half of it was for the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and for the Muslims; and he separated the remaining half for the deputations which came to him, other matters and emergent needs of the people

بشیر بن یسار جو انصار کے غلام تھے بعض اصحاب رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم جب خیبر پر غالب آئے تو آپ نے اسے چھتیس حصوں میں تقسیم فرمایا، ہر ایک حصے میں سو حصے تھے تو اس میں سے نصف رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور مسلمانوں کے لیے ہوا اور باقی نصف آنے والے وفود اور دیگر کاموں اور اچانک مسلمانوں کو پیش آنے والے حادثات و مصیبتوں میں خرچ کرنے کے لیے الگ کر کے رکھ دیا۔
