Rapporté par ‘Abd Allah bin ‘Umar رضي الله عنه : Omar رضي الله عنه a dit : « Lorsque Khaybar a été conquise, les Juifs ont demandé au Messager d’Allah ﷺ de leur permettre de cultiver la terre et de recevoir la moitié de la récolte. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : “Je vous l’accorde tant que nous le voudrons.” Ils ont donc été confirmés dans cet accord. Les dattes provenant de la moitié de la production de Khaybar étaient partagées en plusieurs parts. Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ prenait le cinquième. Il donnait à chacune de ses femmes cent wasqs de dattes et vingt wasqs de blé provenant du cinquième. Quand Omar a voulu expulser les Juifs de Khaybar, il a envoyé un message aux femmes du Prophète ﷺ et leur a dit : “Si l’une d’entre vous souhaite que je lui attribue les palmiers selon leur estimation, soit cent wasqs de dattes, avec la terre et l’eau, et vingt wasqs de la récolte des terres cultivées, je le ferai. Et si l’une d’entre vous préfère que je lui donne sa part du cinquième, je le ferai aussi.” »

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَهْرِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ لَمَّا افْتُتِحَتْ خَيْبَرُ سَأَلَتْ يَهُودُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يُقِرَّهُمْ عَلَى أَنْ يَعْمَلُوا عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِمَّا خَرَجَ مِنْهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أُقِرُّكُمْ فِيهَا عَلَى ذَلِكَ مَا شِئْنَا " . فَكَانُوا عَلَى ذَلِكَ وَكَانَ التَّمْرُ يُقْسَمُ عَلَى السُّهْمَانِ مِنْ نِصْفِ خَيْبَرَ وَيَأْخُذُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم الْخُمُسَ وَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَطْعَمَ كُلَّ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ أَزْوَاجِهِ مِنَ الْخُمُسِ مِائَةَ وَسْقٍ تَمْرًا وَعِشْرِينَ وَسْقًا شَعِيرًا فَلَمَّا أَرَادَ عُمَرُ إِخْرَاجَ الْيَهُودِ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى أَزْوَاجِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ لَهُنَّ مَنْ أَحَبَّ مِنْكُنَّ أَنْ أَقْسِمَ لَهَا نَخْلاً بِخَرْصِهَا مِائَةَ وَسْقٍ فَيَكُونَ لَهَا أَصْلُهَا وَأَرْضُهَا وَمَاؤُهَا وَمِنَ الزَّرْعِ مَزْرَعَةُ خَرْصٍ عِشْرِينَ وَسْقًا فَعَلْنَا وَمَنْ أَحَبَّ أَنْ نَعْزِلَ الَّذِي لَهَا فِي الْخُمُسِ كَمَا هُوَ فَعَلْنَا .
Traduction anglaise
‘Abd Allah bin ‘Umar reported that ‘Umar said “When Khaibar was conquered, the Jews asked the Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) to confirm that they would do all the cultivation and have half the produce. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) said “I shall confirm you on that condition as long as we wish. So they were confirmed on that (condition). The dates from half the produce of Khaibar were divided into a number of portions. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) would take the fifth. The Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) used to contribute from the fifth one hundred wasqs of dates and twenty wasqs of wheat to each of his wives. When ‘Umar intended to expel the Jews from Khaibar he sent a message to the wives of the Prophet (ﷺ) and said to them “If any of you wishes that I divide the palm trees for her by their assessment that amounts one hundred wasqs (of dates) and to her belongs their root, their land and their water and (likewise) twenty wasqs from the produce of the cultivated land by assessment, I shall (do that). And if any of you wishes that we take out her portion from the fifth, we shall do (that)
Traduction en ourdou
عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ جب خیبر فتح ہوا تو یہودیوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے درخواست کی کہ: آپ ہمیں اس شرط پر یہیں رہنے دیں کہ ہم محنت کریں گے اور جو پیداوار ہو گی اس کا نصف ہم لیں گے اور نصف آپ کو دیں گے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اچھا ہم تمہیں اس شرط پر رکھ رہے ہیں کہ جب تک چاہیں گے رکھیں گے،، چنانچہ وہ اسی شرط پر رہے، خیبر کی کھجور کے نصف کے کئی حصے کئے جاتے، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اس میں سے پانچواں حصہ لیتے، اور اپنی ہر بیوی کو سو وسق کھجور اور بیس وسق جو ( سال بھر میں ) دیتے، پھر جب عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے یہود کو نکال دینے کا ارادہ کر لیا تو امہات المؤمنین کو کہلا بھیجا کہ آپ میں سے جس کا جی چاہے کہ میں اس کو اتنے درخت دے دوں جن میں سے سو وسق کھجور نکلیں مع جڑ کھجور اور پانی کے اور اسی طرح کھیتی میں سے اس قدر زمین دے دوں جس میں بیس وسق جو پیدا ہو، تو میں دے دوں اور جو پسند کرے کہ میں خمس میں سے اس کا حصہ نکالا کروں جیسا کہ ہے تو میں ویسا ہی نکالا کروں گا۔
