Hadith 3002 — Livre 20: Tribute, Spoils, and Rulership (Kitab Al-Kharaj, Wal-Fai' Wal-Imarah)
كتاب الخراج والإمرة والفيء
Rapporté par Muhayyisah رضي الله عنه : Le Messager d’Allah ﷺ a dit : « Si vous remportez la victoire sur les hommes juifs, tuez-les. » Muhayyisah s’est alors jeté sur Shubaybah, un homme parmi les marchands juifs avec qui il avait des liens proches, et il l’a tué. À ce moment-là, Huwayyisah, le frère de Muhayyisah, n’était pas encore musulman et il était plus âgé que lui. Quand Muhayyisah a tué Shubaybah, Huwayyisah l’a frappé et a dit : « Ô ennemi d’Allah, par Allah, tu as bien profité de ses biens, vu la graisse que tu as dans le ventre grâce à lui. »

حَدَّثَنَا مُصَرِّفُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، قَالَ ابْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي مَوْلًى، لِزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ حَدَّثَتْنِي ابْنَةُ مُحَيِّصَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهَا، مُحَيِّصَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " مَنْ ظَفِرْتُمْ بِهِ مِنْ رِجَالِ يَهُودَ فَاقْتُلُوهُ " . فَوَثَبَ مُحَيِّصَةُ عَلَى شَبِيبَةَ رَجُلٍ مِنْ تُجَّارِ يَهُودَ كَانَ يُلاَبِسُهُمْ فَقَتَلَهُ وَكَانَ حُوَيِّصَةُ إِذْ ذَاكَ لَمْ يُسْلِمْ وَكَانَ أَسَنَّ مِنْ مُحَيِّصَةَ فَلَمَّا قَتَلَهُ جَعَلَ حُوَيِّصَةُ يَضْرِبُهُ وَيَقُولُ يَا عَدُوَّ اللَّهِ أَمَا وَاللَّهِ لَرُبَّ شَحْمٍ فِي بَطْنِكَ مِنْ مَالِهِ .
Traduction anglaise
Narrated Muhayyisah: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If you gain a victory over the men of Jews, kill them. So Muhayyisah jumped over Shubaybah, a man of the Jewish merchants. He had close relations with them. He then killed him. At that time Huwayyisah (brother of Muhayyisah) had not embraced Islam. He was older than Muhayyisah. When he killed him, Huwayyisah beat him and said: O enemy of Allah, I swear by Allah, you have a good deal of fat in your belly from his property

محیصہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: یہودیوں میں سے جس کسی مرد پر بھی تم قابو پاؤ اسے قتل کر دو ، تو محیصہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے یہود کے سوداگروں میں سے ایک سوداگر کو جس کا نام شبیبہ تھا حملہ کر کے قتل کر دیا، اور اس وقت تک حویصہ مسلمان نہیں ہوئے تھے اور وہ محیصہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے بڑے تھے، تو جب محیصہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے یہودی تاجر کو قتل کر دیا تو حویصہ محیصہ کو مارنے لگے اور کہنے لگے: اے اللہ کے دشمن! قسم اللہ کی تیرے پیٹ میں اس کے مال کی بڑی چربی ہے۔
